Print pop up does not appear with EP 5.5 Equitrac Print Client.

Problem Statement:

Print pop up does not appear when a print job is sent to a DRE print queue. Print job gets printed and an exception transaction is created, but no print pop up. The evaluation dialog box shows Desktop count = 0. If there is a print rule that hides the pop up for less than 2 pages, the print pop up will not appear because of the Desktop count equaling 0.

Cause:

This is a bug with the Equitrac 5.5 Print Client.

Resolution:

Hotfix (HF-226429-WinClient) was created to fix this issue. Please install the latest Equitrac Print Client hotfix which will include all previous hotfixes.
