Redirect print jobs option does not work in EP 5.5.

Problem Statement

Redirect print jobs option does not work in EP 5.5.  This can happen on new installations or after an upgrade of DRE to EP 5.5. Print jobs are sent from the workstation, but do not print at the original printer requested or the redirected printer.

Cause:

This is a bug with the EP 5.5 DRE. A hot fix was created for this issue.

Resolution:

Hotfix HF195298-DRE was created to fix this issue. Install the latest EP 5.5 DRE hot fix which will include all previous hot fixes, including hot fix HF195298-DRE.
