How do you change the order of the delivery format list in Equitrac Document Capture?

How do you change the order of the delivery format list in Equitrac Document Capture?

Answer:

In EP5's System Manager.

For Global TPC Setting:

  • Select Configuration (left-hand pane)
  • Select Scan Integration (right-hand pane)
  • Popup will appear and select Equitrac Document Capture > Configure
  • Select Output formats
  • Be sure to select the Scan Destination you want to change (Scan-to-Me, Network...) by clicking on the pull-down.
  • Scan delivery formats will appear below the Scan Destination
  • To change how the delivery formats appear on the TPCs > Right Click on the format you what to move and you will have an option to move it up or down.
  • Click OK to save the change.

To change setting on a specific TPC:

  • Select Devices in the left-hand pane under the System section.
  • Once devices appear in the right-hand pane, click on Type View up top.
  • Expand the TouchPoint Consoles by clicking on the + next to TouchPoint Console
  • Find the TPC you want to change and click on it's name
  • Scan Device Type should be Eq Doc Capture > Select Options
  • Select Output formats
  • Be sure to select the Scan Destination you want to change (Scan-to-Me, Network...) by clicking on the pull-down.
  • Scan delivery formats will appear below the Scan Destination
  • To change how the delivery formats appear on the TPCs > Right Click on the format you what to move and you will have an option to move it up or down.
