How do you generate EP5 print client trace logs for a Windows workstation?

How do you generate print client trace logs for a Windows workstation?
Resolution:
To generate print client trace logs:
1. On the workstation, in Windows Explorer, go to the path C:\Program Files\Equitrac\Professional\Client
2. Double click EQClientTracing.exe to open the trace log dialogue.
3. Click the All Tracing On button. If it says the directory doesn't exist / create and press Yes.
4. It will say it has to restart spool and EQShared engine. Say Yes.
5. Perform print jobs as normal.
To turn off logging:
1. On the workstation, in Windows Explorer, go to the path C:\Program Files\Equitrac\Professional\Client
2. Double click EQClientTracing.exe to open the trace log dialogue.
3. Click the All Tracing Off button.
4. Click the Zip up Log files and put them in a location you can email them from.
5. It'll say restarting services again. Click OK.
You might get an error 512 when trying to add a cache file to the zip. Don't worry about this: No Problem.
