Problem Statement:

TPC screen's sensitivity is incorrect. Example- wrong numbers are selected when using the TPC.

Resolution: (will need a USB KeyBoard attached to the TPC or use of the TPC remote tool.)

1. Select the Help button in the right corner of the TPC screen.
2. Select Admin Login
3. User name and PW is eqadmin
4. Select Touchscreen Calibration
5. Press on the cross, as it moved press on it again, this is done 9 times.
6. Either using a USB keyboard connected to the TPC or using the Remote TPC tool, select enter to save the settings.
7. Select Logout
