Missing exports in Equitrac Professional 5
Client is requesting missing data
How to Re-Export Data in Equitrac Professional 5
1. Determine what dates and which transaction types you are missing
2. Go to Start, All Programs, Equitrac Professional and choose re-export
3 Export History dialog box will come up
4. Scroll to bottom of page for latest exports
5. Choose the date range of your export Please note if your exports run at 5 am in the morning the data for that day will be for the previous day.
6. Highlight all the transactions and dates you want and choose export.
7. Verify the data is in the file that we export.
