How to adjust the Display and Audio settings on an Equitrac TouchPoint® Console

Problem Statement:

An Equitrac TouchPoint® Console's Display and Audio options can be changed from the TouchPoint® Console. To adjust these settings, perform the following steps:

Resolution:

  1. On the TouchPoint® Console, press Help > Admin Login
  2. Enter the username and password eqadmin
  3. Press Display, Audio
  4. Increase or decrease the Backlight Timeout by changing the field value (note: the recommended setting is 30 minutes)
  5. Under Display Brightness, press +/- to change and observe the brightness of the display
  6. Under Speaker Volume, press +/- to increase/decrease the sound volume (the default is 7/10)
  7. Enable or disable Beep on keypress by selecting Yes or No (by default, this is set to Yes)
  8. Enable or disable Beep on Timeout by selecting Yes or No (by default, this is set to Yes)
  9. Press OK to apply the change(s)
  10. Press Logout
