Question:

How to set up a PageCounter terminal in EP to not prompt for client or matter for a specific user?

Answer:

In the PageCounter Config set, under USER, click on Smart Prompts

In the Condition field you enter S01 and then the user code with each digit prefixed by a quote symbol. In the example below we are checking for user code 959.

CONDITION          ACTION                ANTI-ACTION

S01"9"5"9                DF02,DF03            EF02,EF03

When the condition is met the actions are disable field 02 and disable field 03 which means do not prompt for client or matter.

The anti-action is the default, enable field 02 and enabled field 03.  It is always best to include this.
