Equitrac Applet Fails to Load on Machine Running eCopy ShareScan ScanStation

With Equitrac Professional 5, the Equitrac applet fails to load on the machine running eCopy ShareScan ScanStation. To troubleshoot this issue, review the following information:

1.           On the eCopy machine, verify the IP address of the workstation.

2.           Connect to the PCmini connected to the eCopy machine. Verify that the PCmini is pointing to the server IP address of the eCopy machine (identified in the previous step).  Correct the IP address if the IP address is incorrect.

3.           From the Equitrac server pings the IP address of the eCopy machine (from step 1).  If the address does not respond, verify, determine what is blocking access and correct.
