Scans Not Being Counted When Using eCopy Scan Station

This behavior can occur if eCopy ShareScan is configured incorrectly. To resolve the issue, ensure that "Cost Recovery" is enabled and that the Field Separator for the log file is set to a comma (,) for each device in ShareScan.
NOTE: These settings may have been reset back to default settings (Cost recovery disabled, "|" as the separator) when the eCopy ShareScan software is upgraded.
