Issue:

The Equitrac print client is pulling an embedded license instead of a print client license

Resolution

This can happen if the client initially installed the Equitrac eCopy client by accident instead of the print client on the workstation.  This puts Equitrac eCopy related keys into the registry and even if the client recognizes they made this mistake and uninstalls the eCopy client and then installs the print client it will still pull the wrong license key because of the presence of those eCopy related registry keys

Uninstall the installed print client and completely delete the Equitrac registry keys under HKLM\SOFTWARE and HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node, then reinstall the print client.
