NOTE: If the database is in a live installation, please contact Equitrac Technical Support for assistance with resolving this issue.
If the database is new and does not contain data that cannot be easily recreated, uninstall and then reinstall the Equitrac software. Do NOT keep the EQCAS database when prompted. Alternately, you can stop the EQ CAS service and drop the EQCAS database. Then, follow the instructions in the Installation guide for assistance with creating a new EQCAS database.
