What internet browsers are supported by the Web Client?

Problem Statement:

What are the supported internet browsers that can be used to launch the Equitrac Web Client?

Resolution:

The Equitrac Web Client can be opened in multiple internet browsers, however, only Microsoft Internet Explorer is supported for full use with the Web Client.

Launching the Equitrac Web Client with another browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox may work, however, undesirable behaviours may occur. It is recommended that only Internet Explorer be used.
