"Report Template Not Found" error running reports in EP5 EQClient

Issue:

"Report Template Not Found" error running reports in EP5 EQClient.

The SQL Server hosting the 'eqcas' is remote to the CAS and the SQL Server logs show errors like the one below:

      Login failed for user 'DOMAIN\MACHINENAME$'

Where 'DOMAIN\MACHINENAME' is the fully-qualified domain and machine name of the EP5 CAS server (machine account).

Resoultion:

The CAS server machine account needs to be added to the list of users allowed to access the 'eqcas' database.

From MSSQL Management Studio on the SQL Server where the 'eqcas' database resides,

Expand Databases, eqcas, Security, Users;

Right-click, New User ...;

Add the CAS server's DOMAIN\MACHINENAME$ in the User Name & Login Name fields;

Set Default Schema to 'dbo'

Click OK;

Test running a report from the EP5 EQClient.
