Alert messages reporting Error 39 are sporadically transmitted from Equitrac Professional server after scanning documents Problem: After configuring Equitrac Professional to transmit Alert messages to a group, Error 39-related messages are transmitted from the Equitrac Professional server. Users will be able scan documents without having to unlock the multifunction device using the Equitrac TouchPoint Console. Solution: Contact the multifunction device's vendor to lock down the scanning feature.
