Clicking the Cancel Button on the Print Client Pop-Up Does Not Cancel the Print Job

In Equitrac Professional 5, when you click the Cancel button on the Print Client pop-up dialog box, the print job is not cancelled. To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

1.  Stop the EQDRE service.

2.  Open Microsoft Windows Explorer and navigate to the following location:

C:\Documents and settings\[User Account running the DRE service]\local settings\application data\equitrac\equitrac platform component\5\eqdresrv\eqspool

3.  Delete the .BIN files.

4.  Restart the EQDRE service.
