1. Log in to the Web client as the user experiencing the issue.
2. Click the Maintenance tab.
3. Click the Default Settings tab.
4. Click the Subject drop-down arrow and select Fax.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click the Subject drop-down arrow and select Telephone.
7. Click the Save button.
8. Close the Web client.
9. Restart the Web client; click the Additional info icon and verify that the issue is resolved.
