Critical Error Message Appears When Clicking the Additional Info Icon for Transactions in the Web Client

In Equitrac Professional 5, when you click the Additional info icon for a transaction in the Web Client, a critical error message appears. This behavior can occur with both phone and fax transactions and exceptions. To resolve the issue, reset the Default Settings for the Web client as follows:

1.   Log in to the Web client as the user experiencing the issue.

2.   Click the Maintenance tab.

3.   Click the Default Settings tab.

4.   Click the Subject drop-down arrow and select Fax.

5.   Click the Save button.

6.   Click the Subject drop-down arrow and select Telephone.

7.   Click the Save button.

8.   Close the Web client.

9.   Restart the Web client; click the Additional info icon and verify that the issue is resolved.
