Printers hang at pause when the MAC print client is engaged

Issue:

Printers hang at pause when the MAC print client is engaged

Resolution:

Delete the file EQDRESYS.cfg which is located at /Library/Application Support/Equitrac/DRE/.  The print client will recreate a new file and the issue should be resolved.

Note:

If this does not resolve the issue, follow the steps in KB 13996 to collect logs at the workstation for escalation.
