Problem:
EP5 Print Client popup behavior not obeying popup rule based on page count
Solution:
The User Evaluation Tool displays a blank application name, zero desktop page count and one copy regardless of the document being printed.
Change the value of the "CASName" registry key to the IP Address of the CAS server instead of the hostname;
Restart the EQSharedEngine service;
Test two print jobs with the Evaluation Tool enabled;
Confirm on the second job that the application name and page count are correctly populated and that the popup behavior now obeys the popup rule.
When installing the print client on further workstations in this environment, specify the IP Address of the CAS Accounting server and DCE server.
