Problem Description:

Error message on the PCP (PageCounter Pro):  "Error Generating fax code"

Cause:

When connecting live fax lines to a terminal, it can sometimes cause odd issues where faxing does not work properly.

Resolution:

Restart the PageCounter Pro terminal.

Physically restart the fax device.
