Exception Email Notification Sent to User and Proxies But No Exceptions Transaction Appears in Web Client when they log on
This situation can occur if the user who made the exception has one or more proxies who is able to see and edit their exceptions.
The user and all of his/her proxies will get notifications of exceptions to edit. Once the exceptions are edited by the first user to open the exception editor, subsequent attempts by the user or proxies to view exceptions to edit will show no exceptions available to edit.
This behavior is as designed.
