Export File Is Not Created

In Equitrac Professional 5, when you generate an export file, either manually or by scheduled task, the file is not created. To troubleshoot this issue, review the following information.

1.  Verify that the path specified for the export file is valid.  If the path is invalid, the file cannot be created.

2.  If the path is valid, verify that the Equitrac account that is creating the file has read/write/modify permissions to the directory.
