Export files are not being written to the correct location for import into time and billing systems
The time and billing system is not importing the export files from Equitrac Professional.
The export files created by Equitrac Professional are not being exported to the correct location. These files must be updated with the new location of where to export the files to.
- On the Equitrac Professional server, log onto the System Manager
- Go to Tools > Export Wizardﾅ
- Select Edit existing report
- From the drop-down box, select the export file to be changed
- Click Next
- Update the field File name to be created when this export is run with the new path
- Continue to click Next until prompted to click Finish
- Click Finish
