Jobs stuck in Print Queue Viewer
When printing to printers using certain print drivers print jobs remain stuck in the Equitrac print queue viewer.
Some print drivers have a non-standard print processor and will use this in place of the usual WinPrint processor. In one example, the HP LaserJet 2000 driver automatically selected the HPPRN05 print processor and caused this issue.
In the printer properties, on the Advanced tab, select Print Processor, then change the processor option to use the standard WinPrint processor. Alternatively, select an alternative print driver.
