Matter numbers are being set to Inactive after importing Matter numbers from PC Law
Problem Statement:
After importing Matter numbers from PC Law, some Matter numbers that were previously imported and were active in Equitrac Professional are set to Inactive.
Cause:
The file used to import the Matter numbers from PC Law do not include the Matter numbers that are being set to Inactive.
Resolution:
Advise the client to review the configuration of the PC Law exports to ensure that all of the appropriate Matter numbers are being exported. For more information, please consult your PC Law systems administration.
