Problem Statement:

When printing even though the Equitrac popup comes up and the print job spools and appears to print the job never prints out at the printer.

Resolution:

One possible resolution is on the print server open up the printer properties of the printer.

Select the security tab and add the Equitrac user with full permissions.

Or add the Equitrac user to the Print Operators group and Local Admins and then in the printers properties add the Print Operators group with full permissions.
