Printer Requiring Conversion to an Equitrac Port Fails to Appear in Equitrac Printer Conversion Wizard, EP5
With Equitrac Professional 5, in a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server environment, when you run the Equitrac's Printer Conversion Wizard, the printer to be converted from a TCP/IP port to an Equitrac port does not appear. This behavior can occur if the printer to be converted is installed on a remote server. The default of the Equitrac Printer Conversion Wizard is to look to the local server only.

To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
1. Click the Back button to return to the previous dialog box.
2. Click the Remove server radio button.
3. Type the IP address of the remote server on which the printer is installed.
4. Click the Next button; the printer in question should appear on the list.
