Report Template Not Found Error Message Appear When Running Reports
In Equitrac Professional 5, in the Web client, when you attempt to run a report, an error message appears and the report does not run.
This behaviour can occur if both the local user under which the Equitrac services and the user attempting to run the report does not have Full Control rights to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. To resolve the issue, modify the rights as needed. Since this is a temp folder, you can just assign full control to the user "everyone" to resolve this issue.
