Unable to Print to a Device Using an Equitrac IP Port
With Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express, users are unable to print to the printer using an Equitrac IP port. Users were able to successfully print in the past. This issue does not occur if the device is moved back to a Windows TCP/IP port.
This behavior can occur if the port is set to accept LPR port connection to port 515 and not Raw port 9100 connection. To resolve the issue, delete and then recreate the EQ LPR port.
