Unable to Release Jobs That Appear in the Job List

With Equitrac Office, Equitrac Express, and Equitrac Professional 5, using Secure Document Release, when you print a document, it appears in the secure print queue, and in the release job list at the device. However, when you select and release the job, the document does not print. If you select the job and select Delete, the document is deleted.
This behavior can occur if the user account under which the Equitrac services are running does not have the necessary permissions to manager printers. To resolve the issue, add the user to a group that has "Manage Document" permissions (for example, Power Users or Administrators).
