Problem:
Out of Memory error when scanning with PaperPort.
When scanning a document or image at a high resolution, an “Out of Memory” error is displayed.
Solution:
PaperPort has an image size limitation of “8400 x 8400” pixels it can process.
Example: Scanning a Letter page size at 1200 DPI exceeds this limit. Letter size is “8.5 x 11” inches, this multiplied by 1200 pixels gives a “10200 x 13200” pixel image.
The resolution should be lowered, or the page size/scanning area should be reduced so that it can fit into 8400 x 8400 limits.
