Resolution

This happens when a user is printing a PDF file from ImageView instead of PDF Viewer Plus.

PDF support in PaperPort 14 was moved to PDF Viewer Plus.  ImageView is an older program and does not support the newer PDF standards.  The black page printing issue is the result of using ImageView to access a PDF file newer than it supports.   To prevent this issue, the user will need to open the PDF file in PDF Viewer Plus.  ImageView should no longer be used to open PDF Files.

Under PaperPort Options, Desktop, change "Open PDF files with" from ImageView to to PDF Viewer Plus or program associated with file type.
