When printing from another application using the PaperPort Image Printer, the following error message will be returned in PaperPort:
Error in image file reading and writing software
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling PaperPort, the issue persists.
This issue is related to incorrect/invalid data that is being retained within the Windows User account. During the uninstall, the majority of the Nuance, Zeon and ScanSoft folders are removed. When the remaining folders are deleted manually, the issue will persist.
Please consult with your system and/or network administrator on how to address Windows User account issue.
