Issue:

Icons in iManage FileSite show as Adobe even though PowerPDF is the PDF application

Resolution

Filesite does not use the default application icon like Desksite and instead requires you to install the icons.  Attached are the Power PDF icon files; these will need to be manually copied to "Program Files (x86)\Interwoven\FileSite\iOutlook\Config\"

Advise the client to contact iManage for specifics on installing these icon files in Filesite.
