Issue:

Nuance PDF Toolbar add-in for IE11 causes a pop-up prompt to "Speed up browsing - choose add-ins".

Resolution:

Unfortunately, this is just one of those things - any IE toolbar add-on will cause a miniscule delay and IE defaults to a small .20 second threshold.

The client can change the threshold to a slightly longer value and this should eliminate the problem.

The registry key for this setting is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAO Settings\AddonLoadTimeThreshold.  Double-click on "AddonLoadTimeThreshold", set Base to Decimal and set the value to 1000 for one second.  This should eliminate the warning without completely disabling this feature.

You can also disable "Disable add-ons performance notifications" in group policy and that would completely remove this popup.
