PaperPort is being disconnected from network drives

Problem: 

PaperPort is being disconnected from network drives.

Solution: 

If mapped drives are being pushed out through Group Policy to workstations; Microsoft changed the way that the methods used to add mapped drives behaves on Windows 8, 10, and Server 2012.

If Group Policy is using "Replace" to map network drives, Microsoft is recommending to use "Update" to map the drives.
