Convert Error: "Docx, There is no associated application installed"

Issue:

While trying to convert document to PDF from Word getting Error: "Docx, There is no associated application installed"

Checked default programs and associations and docx is set to Microsoft word

Cause:

Perhaps some files have been corrupted or missing in Office/Word due to some recent changes (uninstalling of programs that may have affected office/Word)

Resolution:

Run a Repair on Office from "Programs and Features" using the "Change" option
