Microsoft Word Add-ins not loading when you launch MS Word
This can be caused by a setting in the workstation's registry.
Open Regedit and go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\NetDocuments.Client.WordAddIn
LoadBehavior was set to "0" - Change this to "3" which is load at startup and should work correctly.
CAUTION: Using Regedit is not recommended for inexperienced computer users.
EVEN EXPERIENCED USERS SHOULD CREATE A NEW SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES IN THE REGISTRY. IF YOU FIND YOU'VE MADE AN ERROR, YOU CAN USE THAT RESTORE POINT TO RETURN THE REGISTRY TO THE WAY IT WAS PRIOR TO MAKING THAT CHANGE.
