PowerPDF not capturing the graphic images when archiving email from Outlook
When you archive an email that contains images, the pdf created by PowerPDF is not capturing the images but instead including just a square box where the image should be.
This behavior you describe can be caused by a setting in Office 2016. You must have Outlook set to always display the images in the emails. If you have to click a button at the top of email each time then it'll be missing. Since we have to load the email to archive it, if user intervention is required to show the image then it won't be in the archive.
