Power PDF 2.1 - Licence could not be checked, please try to restart the application

Problem Statement:

Error: "Licence could not be checked, please try to restart the application" or MSCVP140.dll is missing

Cause:

The prerequisite, vc_redist2015 is not installed

Resolution:

Install vc_redist2015.  This can be found in the prerequisite folder of the installation files. 

Note:  If the system is 32 bit, we still need to have both the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions of Visual C++ 2015 installed for our software to work
