Issue:

Unable to make a large PDF searchable.  When you run the "Make Searchable" process, you receive the following error:

This PDF file contains too large or damaged pages.

The longest acceptable dimension is 22 inches (55.88 cm)

Resolution

This is a known limitation in our OCR engine. 

Microsoft Word has a page size limitation. Microsoft Word will recognize a maximum size of 22 by 22 inches in size.  Our OCR engine was designed to work within these limitations.
