Import of AD users fails

Problem statement:

User Import of AD users not working. Running the task manually shows an error of "Reading Databases Objects" - failed (attached a screenshot - screenshot_1.png)

Import Log shows error: "Unknown user name or bad password. Error! Bad completion code(-4)". (Attached a screenshot - screenshot_2.png)

Issue:

The SafeCom Administrator username or password for the User Import configuration is wrong.

Solution:

The error is within the SafeCom Administrator account. Need to make sure the SafeCom user has administrator rights and the correct password. (attached screenshots - SafeComUser_1.png and SafeComUser_2.png)
