SafeCom G4 10.530 or higher - Error 74 / 174 when creating users.

Question / Problem:
When using SafeCom G4 10.530 or higher, on user import or creation of a new user we get an error code of 74 or 174.
Answer / Solution:
Kofax - SafeCom introduced a new feature for GDPR to have users' data being redacted when they are being deleted from the system.
If their data has not been redacted then the creation of a user with the same UserLogon will not be created and you will get an error code 74 or 174.
Once the user's data has been redacted then the creation of a user with the same UserLogon will be granted.
User Data can be redacted manually within SafeCom Administrator > "Users" menu bar on top > "Redact User Data..." > Search for specific Users or click "Find" to retrieve all users which had been deleted and have tracking records.
