Print job stuck in shared Windows Printer Queue with status "Sent to printer"
This issue happens on Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2.
This issue is seen if the setting "Render Print job on client computer" is unchecked on the "Shared" tab for the Printer Queue. (see attached picture: "Render_print_jobs_on_client_computer.png")
Before Mircosoft KB "3139649" an "Access Denied" message would be seen when trying to connect with the shared Windows Printer Queue.
On the "Security" tab for the Printer Queue the users/groups using the shared Printer Queue require "Manage documents" to be allowed additonal to "Print".
For example the group "Domain Users". (see example picture attached: "manage_documents.png")
