Power PDF Create Assistant / Create PDF will not include Notes section of PowerPoint during the conversion process.
When a PowerPoint presentation is created using the Nuance Create PDF integration, the Notes section within the presentation are not included within the created *.pdf file.
By design Create PDF function will only convert the Presentation section of a PPTX file.
To include the Notes section on the PDF Conversion :
- Start Microsoft PowerPoint and open the *.pptx file
- Click File > Print
- Select the Nuance PDF printer
- Under Slides, select Notes Pages
- Save the new *.pdf file which will include the Notes
