This fix pack is intended for users running Kofax eCopy ShareScan 6.2, Build 6.2.10724.0 or later

Required steps:

Before apply the fix pack on the system, make sure that you have:

  1. eCopy ShareScan database backup
  2. Configuration export with profiler tool
  3. List of eCopy ShareScan license keys
  4. Unblock the downloaded zip file (very important!)
  5. Launch the executable
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions
  7. The fix pack does the necessary updates automatically
  8. When the process is complete click Finish.
