Intermittently the scan preview image does not appear on the Xerox device

Problem Statement:

   Using ShareScan 5.4 SP2

  1. When scanning with a Xerox device, intermittently the scan preview image does not appear on the client.

     Customer has to cancel and start over before being able to complete the workflow.      

     2. When scanning with a web client based device, intermittently documents do not arrive to their destination,

     no error message is displayed.

Solution:

Update to ShareScan 6.x which includes the fix
