ShareScan 5.4 and 6.1 hotfixes can not be installed after installing Feb 2019 Microsoft patches
Problem Statement:
After installing the February 2019 Microsoft patches, hotfixes for ShareScan 5.4 and 6.1 cannot be installed. An error similar to the following may appear.
Solution:
The following Micorosoft Patches are known to cause the issue . Please remove them first, then install the ShareScan hotfix.
