ShareScan 5.4 and 6.1 hotfixes can not be installed after installing Feb 2019 Microsoft patches

Problem Statement: 

After installing the February 2019 Microsoft patches, hotfixes for ShareScan 5.4 and 6.1 cannot be installed.   An error similar to the following may appear.

Solution:

The following Micorosoft Patches are known to cause the issue . Please remove them first, then install the ShareScan hotfix.

Previously we recommend the following:

ShareScan Engineering team recommends to remove the Microsoft Patch(es).

Install ShareScan Hotfix(es) than reinstall MS Patch(es).

Now Microsoft released the new March Security Rollout.

Microsoft solved the issue by install new March 2019 rollout.
