ShareScan v5.4 SP2 with Xerox devices. On the MFP screen the devices are displaying "Scanner warming up" message, and scanning will not start. The normal behavior is that this message should disappear in a few seconds.
If the Xerox device and the ShareScan server/services are restarted the issue will disappear, however it may come back after a few days.
