Is ICMP required for ShareScan?

Is ICMP untilized by ShareScan?

For security reasons, customer may choose to block ICMP traffic on their network.

ShareScan requires ICMP, specifically PING, to establish connection between the ShareScan Manager and MFPs.  MFPs may appear to be Offline if ICMP traffic is blocked.
